Organic Garden Project
From Seed to Table
The Mission of the project is to create and sustain an organic garden
that is wholly integrated into the school's curriculum and lunch program.
It involves the students in all aspects of the garden as a means of increasing
awareness and appreciation of the values of nourishment, community,
and stewardship of the land.
The interdisciplinary approach to education will attract and
maintain student interest as the garden continues to grow and evolve over time.
